Hi! I’m Romy, a certified Health Coach & Nutrition Mentor.
For a long time, I took my health for granted—until I discovered that my Lipoprotein(a) levels were elevated. A genetic predisposition that increases my risk for cardiovascular disease. But instead of feeling powerless, I took it as a wake-up call. I dove deep into nutrition, prevention, and long-term health strategies.
Today, I know while we can’t change our genes, we can control our lifestyle. The way we live has a profound impact on how we age, how fit we stay, and how good we feel in our bodies. Now, as a certified health and nutrition coach, I share this knowledge with others—helping people who want to take charge of their health and maximize their longevity.
